The website www.enquiry.completemoney.co.uk is owned by Complete Money Limited (CML) and operated on CML's behalf by marketing agent Media Ingenuity Limited (MIL) (together We or Us). We are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy.

2. Where Clark Richards are unable to deal with your debt management enquiry and you are referred to an alternative debt management adviser, CML and MIL are joint data controllers in respect of your personal data and your data will be processed by MIL in accordance with section 2 below.

SECTION 1 – ENQUIRY SENT TO CLARK RICHARDS (TRADING NAME OF COMPLETE MONEY LIMITED)

Where your debt management enquiry is referred to Clark Richards (a trading name of CML), your data will be collected and stored in accordance with Complete Money Limited Privacy Policy (www.completemoney.co.uk/?q=privacy-policy).

In addition, MIL will act as data processor on behalf of Complete Money Limited and will store and process your data as follows:

1. Information we may collect from you. MIL will collect and process: (a) Information that you provide by filling in a form on the website www.enquiry.completemoney.co.uk ("the Website") and who your enquiry was sent to; and (b) details of your visits to our site including, but not limited to, traffic data, location data, and other communication data and the resources that you access.

We will periodically review your personal information to ensure that we do not keep it for any longer than is necessary. The maximum period we will retain your personal information for will be 10 years.

2. IP addresses and cookies. Where Clark Richards are unable to deal with your debt management enquiry, they will refer you to an alternative debt management advice company ("DMA company"). In this instance, CML and MIL are joint data controllers in respect of your personal data and your data will be processed as follows.

1. Information we may collect from you. MIL will collect and process the following data about you: (a) Information that you provide by filling in a form on the website www.enquiry.completemoney.co.uk ("the Website") and which DMA company your enquiry was sent to; (b) If you contact us, we will keep a record of that correspondence and (c) details of your visits to the Website including, but not limited to, traffic data, location data, and other communication data and the resources that you access.

3.4. To analyse trends in your behaviour while on our site.

4. Disclosure of your information. We need to disclose the information you entered into the site to DMA Company in order to deal with your enquiry and provide the service you require. MIL will hold all personal information in confidence and use it only for the purposes of assisting with your enquiry, with certain exceptions which are detailed in this privacy policy.

By submitting information into the Website, you are consenting for your data to be used by us and by a DMA company. This consent applies to both ordinary personal data and to sensitive personal data such as health information, debt information and criminal proceedings or convictions.
